I love fall: it’s my birthmonth😊, Halloween, and the start of a new season. You don’t have to spend an arm and a leg this fall to have fun. Halloween spending is expected to be almost $9 billion dollars this year.
Here are five fun and surprisingly cheap things to do this fall.
1. Carve a pumpkin

2. Roast pumpkin seeds

3. Go to a high school football game
This fall catch a local high school football game. Some games are free or under $10. It makes for a great night out to support your local school and community.
4. Make your own Halloween costume

5. Go to a corn maze
Head a little bit outside of town and find a corn field that’s a maze, like this one. You and your friends can navigate through a corn maze typically for under $10 and have a unique outdoors experience.
