Preheat oven to 400. Cut chicken, red potatoes, and butternut squash into slices. Yep, I had to google how to cut butternut squash– it is a tad tricky. Put in a casserole dish pour over melted butter, and season heavy. Bake in over for and hour and serve with bread.
